How it works

Step 1: Choose your Fighter

Step 2: Fill out the form

Once you've made your booking, you'll get a questionnaire in your email. Fill this out before your session.

Step 3: Breathe a sigh of relief

All you need to bring to your session is yourself - you'll get a recording and notes to keep. But you can also bring along a pen, notebook, and your favourite beverage or a stim toy if you'd like.

I’ve been a writer for as long as I could hold a pen.
And I have a passion for telling stories that drive decisions.

With my background in Psychology, Development Statistics, and nearly a decade of experience in social impact and market research, I’ve spent my career perfecting the art of translating the experiences of individuals into stories that matter to decision-makers.

I’ve worked with multinational corporations, international development agencies, government bodies, non-profit organizations, and personal brands, to name a few. I’ve helped them to skyrocket their reputation by connecting authentically with their customers, communities, and stakeholders.

Never to be put in just one box, I’m also a Human Design and Astrology reader, a certified Professional Life Coach, and a world traveller. I’ve been fortunate to live, study, and work in three different countries - the United Kingdom, Germany, and Trinidad and Tobago. 

Through these experiences, I gained a talent for weaving impactful narratives that bridge different worlds and resonate across cultures.
